Stuart O. Keirle
President and CEO
Stuart Keirle joined America California Bank in October 2003 and brings over 30 years of banking experience with Barclays Bank PLC in Europe, Africa, Far East and North America and with the Commercial Bank of San Francisco.
Mr. Keirle is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking (Rutgers, NJ) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) - London.
Mr. Keirle is also a Director of the British American Business Council and a Trustee of the British Benevolent Society. He is also the non-executive Chairman of DCD Finance, Inc. and DCD America, Inc..
